Instruction for Arrival & Departure Coach Transfers:
# Vienna (VIE Airport) Arrival Transfer: Flight arrival time should be between 0800 Hrs – 1400 Hrs.
# Munich (MUC Airport) Departure Transfer: The flight departure time should be after 1100 Hrs.

# Please advise your client that there may be waiting up to 02 Hours (Post reaching in arrival hall) for arrival transfers.
# If flight timings are before / after the suggested timing, client has to arrange his private transfers on direct payment basis. We will not reimburse any cost for private transfers.

We begin our Gems of East Europe tour. Upon arrival at Vienna Airport, go through immigration, retrieve your baggage, and step outside, where your professional tour manager awaits to welcome you. They will accompany you to your hotel, offering assistance with the check-in process (Check in after 1500 Hrs). Overnight stay in Vienna. (D)

This morning, embark on a guided sightseeing expedition through Vienna's Innere Stadt (1st District), encompassing its historic Old Town, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site.
