1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Personal expenses

  • Meals not specifically mentioned in the itinerary

  • Airport taxes or government charges introduced after booking

  • Tips and gratuities

  • Optional activities

  • Excess baggage charges

  • Personal transportation

  • Expenses resulting from flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections

  • Any other item not specifically included in the package itinerary

Any additional services requested by the customer after confirmation may be charged separately.

3. Payment Terms

  • The customer must pay the required advance amount at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified in the booking confirmation.

  • If the balance is not received by the due date, the Company may cancel the booking, subject to applicable cancellation terms.

  • Additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, suppliers, governments, or other third parties may be payable by the customer.

4. Travel Documents

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents are valid and available.

These may include:

  • Passport

  • Visa

  • Identity documents

  • Travel permits

  • Vaccination or health documents, where applicable

  • Travel insurance documents

  • Other documents required by the destination or service provider

[Company Name] may assist with information or documentation where such assistance is included in the purchased service. However, the final responsibility for obtaining valid travel documents remains with the customer.

5. Visa Requirements

Visa requirements vary by nationality, destination, and travel circumstances.

Where visa assistance is provided by the Company, approval is not guaranteed, as visa decisions are made by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government agency.

Visa fees and service charges may be non-refundable.

6. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may request cancellation of their booking in accordance with the applicable cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation charges may vary depending on:

  • Date of cancellation

  • Travel date

  • Airline cancellation rules

  • Hotel cancellation rules

  • Supplier policies

  • Type of package booked

  • Non-refundable services

The applicable cancellation charges will be communicated to the customer where possible before cancellation is finalized.

7. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change travel dates, hotels, flights, destinations, passenger information, or other package components are subject to availability.

Changes may result in:

  • Amendment fees

  • Fare differences

  • Hotel rate differences

  • Supplier charges

  • Administrative fees

  • Cancellation charges

The customer will be informed of applicable additional costs before a requested change is confirmed, where reasonably possible.

8. Cancellation or Changes by the Company

In certain circumstances, SwastiK Leisure Holidays or its suppliers may need to change, postpone, or cancel part or all of a holiday package.

This may occur because of:

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Hotel closure or overbooking

  • Transportation issues

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes

  • Security concerns

  • Other circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control

Where reasonably possible, we will offer an alternative arrangement of comparable nature or another appropriate solution subject to availability and supplier terms.

9. Flights

Flight schedules, routes, aircraft, baggage allowances, and seat assignments are controlled by the relevant airline.

The Company is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, denied boarding, baggage loss, baggage delays, schedule changes, or other airline-related issues, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Customers must comply with the airline’s terms and conditions and arrive at the airport within the required check-in period.

10. Hotels and Accommodation

Hotel names and accommodation details will be specified in the booking confirmation or itinerary.

Hotels may change room assignments, facilities, meal arrangements, or other services due to operational circumstances.

Room categories, check-in/check-out times, deposits, taxes, and hotel-specific policies are determined by the relevant property.

Any additional hotel charges incurred by the customer, including minibar use, room service, damages, laundry, telephone charges, or other personal expenses, are the customer’s responsibility.

11. Transportation and Transfers

Transfers and transportation included in the package will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary.

Customers are responsible for arriving at designated meeting points on time.

If a customer misses a scheduled transfer due to late arrival, personal delay, or failure to follow the itinerary, additional transportation costs may apply.

12. Tours and Activities

Activities, excursions, sightseeing, and attractions are subject to availability and the terms of the respective service providers.

Certain activities may have age, health, fitness, weight, height, or other participation requirements.

Customers must comply with safety instructions provided by activity operators.

The Company may substitute an activity or attraction where necessary due to weather, operational issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during booking.

  • Maintain valid travel documents.

  • Follow applicable laws and regulations.

  • Follow instructions provided by airlines, hotels, guides, transport providers, and activity operators.

  • Arrive at scheduled locations on time.

  • Behave respectfully toward staff, guides, other travelers, and service providers.

  • Pay for any personal expenses or damages caused by them.

  • Inform the Company promptly of any issue affecting their booking.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where a customer’s behavior creates a safety risk, causes serious disruption, or violates applicable laws or supplier rules, subject to applicable law.

14. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that customers obtain appropriate travel insurance before departure.

Travel insurance may provide protection against certain circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip interruption, baggage issues, or cancellation, depending on the policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the coverage, exclusions, limits, and conditions of their insurance policy.

15. Special Requests

Customers should inform us of any special requirements at the time of booking, including dietary requirements, accessibility requirements, room preferences, or other relevant requests.

Special requests are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

16. Force Majeure

The Company will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, epidemics, war, civil unrest, terrorism, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, technical failures, or other extraordinary events.

In such circumstances, arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the relevant service providers.

17. Complaints

If a customer experiences a problem during the holiday, they should notify the Company or relevant service provider as soon as reasonably possible so that an opportunity can be provided to resolve the issue.

The complaint should include the booking reference, travel dates, details of the issue, and supporting documents where applicable.

18. Limitation of Liability

Information may need to be shared with airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa service providers, insurance companies, payment processors, and other suppliers as necessary to provide the booked services.

20. Website and Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website, brochures, itineraries, and promotional materials is accurate.

However, prices, availability, schedules, hotel facilities, transportation arrangements, and other travel information may change.

Any confirmed booking will be governed by the details stated in the applicable booking confirmation, subject to these Terms and Conditions and supplier terms.

21. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and other materials belonging to SwastiK Leisure Holidays, may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
